Shipping Policies

Free Ground Shipping

We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $75.00.  To qualify, your order must ship to an address in the Lower 48 United States via Ground UPS and be over $75.00. No other shipping options or destinations qualify for free shipping.

Please do NOT use P.O. Box address for your shipping address.  UPS will NOT deliver packages to a P.O. Box

We currently only accept orders within the US.

When You Can Expect To Receive Your Order

  • The map below shows approximate delivery time for ground shipments from our warehouse to your area.
  • Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday that are shipping Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Time requesting these shipping options will ship the next business day. UPS does not deliver packages on weekends unless you selected Next Day Air Saturday Delivery. In addition, UPS does not deliver packages on Holidays.
  • Next Day Air: UPS does not deliver packages on weekends except for Next Day Air Saturday Delivery. If you are placing an order after 3:00pm on a Thursday requesting Next Day Air and you want your order delivered on Saturday, please indicate in the "Comment" section of our order form that you want Saturday Delivery. UPS charges an extra $12.50 for this service and this will be added to your shipping charges.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, we will email you the UPS tracking number. If you do not have your UPS tracking number available, you can track your order on our web site by going to Order Tracking

Delivery Time and Charges

Delivery time listed below is for Ground UPS service and is based on business days and does not include the day your order was shipped.


Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, shipping method selected and delivery destination. Your shipping charges are downloaded directly from UPS at the time you place your order to assure accuracy. We do not make a profit on shipping charges. If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address and we are assessed additional charges by UPS, we will charge the customer's credit card for the additional charges.  If your shipping address is entered incorrectly, UPS charges a correction fee of $5.00 for ground and $10.00 for express packages. This fee will be billed to your credit card to cover the cost.

Returned items that qualified for Free Ground Shipping will be charged the cost of shipping the product to you.


Return Policy

60 Day No-Hassle Money Back Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any PetSafe, SportDog or Innotek product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact us prior to returning the merchandise. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. Initial outbound and return shipping charges are NOT refundable. Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 3 business days.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will need to return it to them for proper credit.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization and Return Instructions.

  • Returns must be received within 60 days of initial purchase.
  • In the event your purchase order initially shipped with free or discounted shipping, our outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. 
  • Returns must be new and unused condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging. 
  • Returns must include all components of the original manufacturers package. 
  • Returns must include the original invoice so we can properly and quickly refund your money. 
  • Re-pack your return (in the original carton and/or packaging) and send it to the proper address we provide you 
  • For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured. 
  • Please note whether the product packaging was opened and/or the product was used. 
  • Items displaying wear are not eligible for a refund. 
  • Containment System wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground or installed and flags that have been used will receive a deduction from a containment system refund. 
  • Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card 
  • Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization.  Your Invoice will indicate if an RMA is required.
  • Should you have any questions about our warranties or guarantees, please contact us.

PetSafe, SportDog or Innotek Returns: Include your original invoice with your return and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Ship via UPS or US Mail Return Receipt Requested. To receive credit, the items you return must have been purchased directly from us and be returned in the original packaging if any.

Sales Tax Policy

All orders shipped to a Pennsylvania state address require the payment of 6% sales tax as reflected on the order form. All orders shipped to Florida will also be charged 7% sales tax. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the applicable sales tax and that by placing an order with us the buyer agrees to pay all applicable sales tax.

Backorder Policy

If an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you through e-mail.  PetFencingSupplies will do our best to communicate supply issue in a timely manner and ask that customers work with us to ensure customers satisfaction.

Warranty and Repair Policy:

Warranty - PetSafe Products

The manufacturer of PetSafe products, Radio Systems Corp., provides a Lifetime Warranty on all parts and a one year warranty on labor. Below is the exact warranty information provided by the manufacturer:

PetSafe has a Lifetime Warranty on parts and one year on labor. PetSafe guarantees all parts of this product for life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damages.

There is a nominal labor charge for out of warranty products but all parts are free during the warranty period. If you have had your system for more than one year, call customer service at 1-800-732-2677 to determine the labor charge.

Warranty - All Other Products

Our other products come with a variety of warranty periods and conditions.  Complete warranty information will be included with your product.  If you have any questions about the warranty on any product we offer, please contact us.

PetSafe and Innotek Product Repair Information

If you have owned your product for less than 1 year, your PetSafe or Innotek product will be replaced without charge by Radio Systems Corp. If you have owned your product OVER 1 YEAR, there may be a labor charge for repair or replacement of your product however you will not have to purchase a new product.

Please contact Radio Systems Corp at 1-800-732-2677 for any applicable charges and return procedures.
